Self Raising Flour – Wheat Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium, Folic Acid, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Raising Agents: MonocCalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Light Brown Sugar – Cane Sugar, Butter (Salted)MILK, Salt, White Chocolate – Sugar, Whole MILK Powder, Cocoa Butter,  Skimmed MILK Powder, Emulsifier: SOYA Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring, Milk Chocolate – Sugar, Whole MILK Powder, Cocoa Butter, Cocoa Mass, Emulsifier: SOYA Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring, EggEGG, Baking Powder – Raising Agents (E450 (Diphosphates), E500 (Sodium Carbonates), Starch, Vanilla Extract – Invert Sugar Syrup, Glucose Syrup, Water, Vanilla Extract, Bicarbonate of Soda – Raising Agent (E500 (Sodium Carbonates)).

Made in an environment that handles, Cereals containing Gluten, Celery, Egg, Milk, Mustard, Nuts, Oats, Peanuts, Sesame, Soya and Sulphites.

From the 27th October 2025 we are using a different flour.  Calcium Carbonate has been replaced with Calcium and there is now Folic Acid present.
