All butter short-bread, topped with raspberry jam, frangipane and almonds. A true classic, more of a traditional Bakewell than our Vegan Cherry version.

From the 27th October 2025 we are using a different flour.  Calcium Carbonate has been replaced with Calcium and there is now Folic Acid present.

Care Instructions

Once defrosted do not re-freeze. Best used within 4 days of defrosting.
