All butter short-bread, topped with raspberry jam, frangipane and almonds. A true classic, more of a traditional Bakewell than our Vegan Cherry version.

Butter (Salted) – MILK, Salt, Caster Sugar – Cane Sugar, Plain Flour – Wheat Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium, Folic Acid Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Egg – EGG, Raspberry Jam – Sugar, Raspberry, Gelling Agent (Pectin), Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Trisodium Citrates), Ground Almonds – ALMONDS, Self-Raising Flour – Wheat Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium, Folic Acid, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin) Raising Agents, Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Flaked Almonds – ALMONDS, Almond Extract – Rapeseed Oil, ALMOND Extract, Baking Powder – Raising Agents [E450 (diphosphates), E500 (Sodium carbonates)], Starch.

From the 27th October 2025 we are using a different flour. Calcium Carbonate has been replaced with Calcium and there is now Folic Acid present.
