This true British Classic combines a light and fluffy buttercream, strawberry jam, and a light vanilla sponge.  A true delight.

Ingredients

Icing Sugar – [Icing Sugar (97%), Maize starch],  Margarine – [Vegetable Oils in varying proportions (70%) (Rapeseed, Palm, Sunflower), Water, Salt (1.5%), Emulsifiers (Mono and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Acid (Lactic Acid), Vitamin A and D, Flavourings],  Caster Sugar – Cane Sugar,  Flour – Wheat Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium, Folic Acid, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin, Raising agents: Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate,  EggEGG,  Strawberry Jam – Sugar, Strawberries, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Trisodium Citrate), Gelling Agent (Pectin),  ButterMILK,  Vanilla Extract – [Invert Sugar Syrup, Glucose Syrup, Water, Vanilla Extract],  Sugar Snow – Dextrose, Cornflour, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Flavouring,  Baking powder – Raising Agents (E450 Diphosphates, E500 Sodium Carbonates), Starch,

From the 27th October 2025 we are using a different flour.  Calcium Carbonate has been replaced with Calcium and there is now Folic Acid present.
