This is a truly fabulous festive bake which deserves a space in your cake case. A layer of mincemeat sandwiched between a base of all butter shortbread and almond Frangipane topping, with a dusting of (sugar) snow and a hint of orange icing. Last order for Festive Bakewell will be on Monday 15th December with delivery on Friday 19th December. Don't panic it will be back for next Christmas!
