The founder of Allez! Bakes and also a co-founder and director of Café Allez!, which continues as a premium mobile coffee shop. Claire’s earlier career was mainly in Finance roles, latterly as FD for a chain of school academies.

She’s had a passion for baking since her mother taught her and her sister to bake at a young age. For Claire, producing cakes that had customers coming back for more was always a highlight of the business, and she is now genuinely excited at the prospect of focusing on baking (almost!) full time. Despite her entrepreneurial credentials, Claire’s friends will tell you that she’s also naturally risk-averse and this is a driver for her in ensuring total familiarity and compliance with all aspects of food safety and legislation.
